We have finally pushed out v1.7.0 of Rich Reviews. This has been a long time coming, and I know many of you have been waiting a long time for this update, so I thank you for your patience. There was a sizable deal of functionality added in this push, primarily in response to many of the support threads here. As with any large refactor, some bugs here and there are to be anticipated, so please if you notice anything not working properly please post here and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner. Also, if you simply have questions about any of the new features also feel free to ask here.
Again thanks for your patience, and enjoy v1.7.0!
In addition, getting this update pushed out has caused me to fall a bit behind on support, so I apologize for that, and will be working to address backlogged support threads.

we now get an error saying the page failed to load due to a long running script. My hosting company have advised the script relates to rich reviews. subsequently this has rendered my website inaccessible. HELP

Very strange, i’m sorry to hear that. I would be happy to help, but like you said the site is unaccessible so I can’t necessarily gather information from the front end. If you can give me FTP access I can go ahead and take a look for you. Also, first step is going to be removing the plugin file package
/wp-content/plugins/rich-reviews/. This will not effect any of the data that you have collected or set, all of the options and reviews will persist. And upon finding the source of the issue, all of your setup will e restored.

We just updated to 1.7.1 on http://yychotchocolate.com and we are getting an error on the page, only on mobile, when people are trying to use your plugin. It crashes the site and displays a tab crashed error message. We tried this on various mobile browsers, and only the pages that have the rich reviews plugin crash.
Can you please help,

think there is an error with the rich-reviews.php script. in my ftp file manager the script won’t open so that I can view it. It will open to edit.February 26, 2016 at 3:12 pm #853

Charlie – ftp credentials sent over to you guys. The plugin has been deactivated on the site. With the plugin deactivated the site loads fine. Please resolve urgently – my CRM system sends out emails hourly to clients asking them to review their visit. Currently they are getting a blank webpage….February 27, 2016 at 5:37 pm #859

I am having trouble recreating the issue locally, any details about your WP settup would be useful. i.e what version are you running, are you using any translations, many of you seem to be using a slider, what slider are you using, etc.
